Child Friendly Budapest Restaurant

We live in Budapest and often go to the Vista Cafe & Restaurant on Paulay Ede Utca VI district. There is a great children's play area and on Saturdays and Sundays between 12pm and 4pm there is a child care worker provided so that adults can enjoy a wonderful meal while the children play. Very friendly good service and they provide a good choice of food for kids. Highly recommended

Bikes:
I've noticed more and more bike paths in Budapest which is great news for bikers. Nevertheless, families still run the risk of being directed to a busy street with no bike lane which would be dangerous for a child to handle.
Children-riders should stick to the path that follows the Danube on the Buda side. Heading north, you'll find a canoe rental shop, a green park popular with families and finally, the town of Szentendre (12 miles/20 kilometers from Budapest).
Schools:
Budapest has a good selection of small, private preschools along with larger ones for students through age 18.
