Adults will have a great time too, belive me. I'm not really an engine or car enthusiast but still enjoyed a lot this fantastic exhibition.

The vintage locomotives stand in a neat half circle towering above you and recalling the era when this powerful steam engines were running along the railway lines of Hungary.

Next to the enormous engines I feel really tiny even in my daddy's arms

You can ride in a Tchaika car alterted to be able to run on the railway line. Mechanics used it to check the railway lines.
The narrow-gauge children's railway goes around in a beautiful garden.

Cables, pressure meters, and other gadgets make the interior of an old locomotive look impressive.
Other activites you can try include riding on the turntable, drive a steam engine, riding on a horse tram. In the engine simulator you can have a virtual experience of operating the most powerful Hungarian electric engine.

Sitting with daddy up in an old locomotive.
 |
You can operate the railway models housed in a building near the museum's entrance.
|
If you get tired you can relax on the terrace of the Nosztalgia Café, have a cup of tea or cafe with some snacks.
